Though I have studied the sacred
texts of Masters,
and sat at the feet of those whose lives reflected all I sought,
a follower I have never been.
My shelves, once lined with the words of mystics, scholars and saints,
now stand empty but for a select few volumes; poetry and prose.
What I learned was to abandon all paths but one;
the inward path to which I was born....
For I am the Way, the Truth and the Life.....
everlasting.
As are we all.
